Hushboy Products presents our new "INFUSION" Rigid frames. These frames are manufactured completely in our South Carolina facility.

These frames are made from 1-1/4" diameter DOM tubing for superior strength and integrity. Then all of the frames are tig welded and cooled in the fixture to eliminate warpage. All the frame parts are CNC machined by our vast array of CNC equipment. We manufacture every single piece of our frames in-house--we subcontract nothing out. By doing this we can control the quality and delivery of our frames. Just take one look at our frames. The workmanship will speak for itself. Our fit and finish are second to none!!!

Our new "Build-A-Bike" Frame kits come with everything you need to put together a frame quickly and precisely. Using our precision-machined CNC parts and your tubing you can put together a frame in less than a day.

Don't be fooled by similar kits on the market. All of our parts have smooth edges and are exactly the same every time. You won't find any saw cut parts or plasma burned parts in our package. Every edge has been CNC machined, then sanded or de-burred where needed. Don't waste time trying to smooth out the other guys rough edges. Go with the pros the first time.

Each kit comes complete with everything you see here. Included are front and rear motor mounts, front and rear transmission mounts, rear axle blocks with axle retainers and billet aluminum covers, forward control mounting tabs, and a straight neck kit with internal forkstops (no bearing cups needed). You may also substitute our hourglass neck for the straight neck for a few extra dollars.
